This results in wines that express a strong sense of place and terroir. Many Burgundian wines have exceptional aging potential, allowing them to develop complex flavors and aromas over time, making them highly sought after by wine collectors!
But it’s also rich in history and culture, where the best castles belonging to the French nobility have been installed for centuries, like Château de Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, medieval castle is perched on a hill in the charming village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, Château de Commarin, located in the Côte-d'Or region, the Renaissance-style castle Château de Sully or Chateau de Varennes where I'd like to invite you today.
Château de Varennes became one of the most picturesque and sought-after venues for luxury weddings, offering a blend of elegance and intimacy for couples from all over the world. Its historical and romantic ambiance likely adds to its appeal for destination weddings, recently named by CNN among the top ten best wedding venues worldwide.
Our couple from USA Melissa and Chris decided to celebrate their special and intimate wedding according to all the canons of fine art wedding style at Château de Varennes with their close family.
The Wedding planning agency IDO Events meticulously organized this destination wedding and created a stunning and memorable atmosphere for our couple and their family. Fine attention to detail always makes a significant difference in the overall experience and aesthetics of an event. A talented florist Grace & Flowers paid particular attention to flower arrangements of the ceremony place, table arrangements and the bridal bouquet. The choice of seasonal flowers in pastel colors was a lovely way to accentuate the sweetness and sincerity of Melissa and Chris as a couple. It likely added a touch of natural beauty and elegance to their special wedding day.
The bride having an impeccable sense of style, selected renowned brands for her accessories and jewelry, such as Manolo Blahnik and Van Cleef Jewelry, as well as a stunning dress by Galia Lahav.
My admiration as the photographer was so well-deserved that I could only be amazed and inspired while taking photos of this beautiful wedding especially considering that I worked in tandem with the incomparable French wedding photographer Christophe Serrano.
